MJ's Southern Chic Return Policy

MJ's Southern Chic offers STORE CREDIT ONLY for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders, or within 14 days of the purchase/pickup date for in-store and pickup orders.

Merchandise must be in original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, damage, or other signs of use will not be accepted.

Approved online returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital MJ's Southern Chic gift card, which can be used toward a future online purchase.

FINAL SALE & RETURN EXCLUSIONS

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Sale, clearance, discounted, or items otherwise marked Final Sale
  • Earrings and other personal-use/hygiene items
  • Food, beverages, and other consumable products
  • Opened or used laundry products, including laundry wash, fabric softener, and similar products
  • Opened or used home-fragrance products, including room sprays, room mists, fragrance oils, and similar products
  • Opened or used Pura fragrances/refills and other fragrance products
  • Seasonal merchandise marked Final Sale

For laundry, fragrance, and similar products, once the product has been opened, the seal has been broken, or the product has been used, it cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or you received the incorrect item.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as MJ's Southern Chic is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact MJ's Southern Chic promptly after delivery so we can make it right. Please contact us before returning a damaged or incorrect item.

Once an eligible return is received, inspected, and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise only. Original and return shipping costs are not included in the store credit.

MJ's Southern Chic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
