Many of our items are available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct product information, or cancel an order when necessary.

We cannot guarantee that an item placed in your cart will remain available until checkout is completed.

PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Prices, promotions, product descriptions, availability, and other information are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, inventory discrepancies, or other mistakes, including after an order has been submitted. If an order is affected by an error, we may contact you, correct the order, or cancel and refund the affected purchase when appropriate.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, involve pricing or inventory errors, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.

If an order must be canceled by MJ’s Southern Chic because we are unable to fulfill it, any applicable payment collected for the canceled merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment.

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

Eligible returns are subject to our posted Return & Refund Policy.

MJ’s Southern Chic offers STORE CREDIT ONLY for eligible customer returns. We do not refund eligible returns to the original form of payment.

Approved online returns may be issued as a digital MJ’s Southern Chic gift card or other store-credit method that can be used toward a future eligible purchase.

Sale, clearance, discounted, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Certain products are also excluded from returns for health, hygiene, safety, or product-integrity reasons. These include applicable personal-use/hygiene items, food and consumable products, and opened or used laundry, home-fragrance, Pura fragrance/refill, room-fragrance, and similar products. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are subject to our posted Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by MJ’s Southern Chic. We are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact MJ’s Southern Chic promptly after delivery and before returning the merchandise.

We may request photographs or other information reasonably necessary to document and resolve the issue.

DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discounts, promotional codes, rewards, gift-with-purchase offers, and special promotions may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, expiration dates, or product restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT

Gift cards and store credits may be subject to applicable laws and additional terms disclosed at the time they are issued. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, Shop, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of independent third-party websites or services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
